APPOINTMENT OF NONEXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTOR
Manufacturer appoints distributor as an authorized distributor of the goods specified in the discount schedules in Section [Section Number] of this agreement. This distributorship shall be nonexclusive as to both parties.
This is a UCC-buying and selling form.
It is intended to be an addendum to other forms.
